Many email service providers pride themselves with 99.99999% uptime, but what’s the point in that if they can’t resolve a customer’s email problem? Recently, one of our customers told us that ‘his email was slow.’ Most email providers will just tell the customer that it’s an Internet issue and suggest that they complain to TM. They won’t even bother to check or provide an on-site review.
While it can be written off as an Internet issue, to a customer, it’s frustrating to experience problems in downloading emails.
