My internet line have been out for almost three days since 24th of May 2006. My phone is 088239377.
My internet id (TM) is xcrave@streamyx.com.
How can I rectify the problem? Thank you
Hi Raymond, it could be a Router/modem problem. You can ask some network guy near you (from those computer shop) to come and verify this.
Or, you might want to check with your other friends nearby your house if they Internet is ok? Usually, TM downtimea applies to one area than just one point.
Hope this helps.
I had few IP address. Above website is just one of it only. I have branch at Indonesia complaint that the website response is extremely slow and some times even time out. I am using WinMTR test to test on the internet speed. I found the result as that :-
1. 210.93.218.176 -> Loss 90+%
2. 210.93.216.225 -> Loss 40+%
3. 58.27.103.106 -> Loss 60+%
May I know why the loss percentage is so abnormal? Please reply as soon as possible as currently is our company sales closing. A lot of our sales is submit through website. This cause us in big problem now.
