In cases where there are multiple applications for the same second level domain name, priority will be given to the registrant with the earliest registered third level domain name. You can register sam.com.my before 5pm, 26th October 2007 if you would like to secure sam.my.

I like to using co.cc and .tk domain because it free.
xxx.co.cc is not a domain name. They are sub-domain name. The owner of co.cc domain name package it as though it is providing free domain name. This can be misleading.
