It is our pleasure to announce that an advertising space has been purchased on 1.com.my’s website. Adrian from Neowave Sdn Bhd, one of the leading shopping cart software / online store solution provider, purchased the space via Kumomo.com, a website dedicated to the buying and selling of all kinds of advertisement space.

You may wonder just what is so special about Adrian’s purchase. What more did he do than buy a space for advertisement? He did more than just purchase an ad space and here’s why: all of the proceeds from Adrian’s purchase went to the support of the Kumomo Tree Charity Projects. That very project is currently involved in the aiding of the construction of a Cambodian school. Such endeavors are the goals of the Kumomo Tree Charity Projects and with Adrian’s purchase this particular goal inches just that much closer to success.

The Kumomo Charity Tree Projects is, in essence, a unique proposition that makes people happy with its presence just like the one-of-a-kind Kumomo Tree. It is, like the tree, committed to contributing back to mankind and giving hope back to nature. But don’t just take our word for it; find out how you can be a part of the Kumomo Charity Tree Projects by visiting the website here. You won’t be disappointed! :D

    About Terry Fox Run

Terry Fox was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and raised in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, a community near Vancouver on Canada’s west coast. An active teenager involved in many sports, Terry was only 18 years old when he was diagnosed with osteogenic sarcoma (bone cancer) and forced to have his right leg amputated 15 centimetres (six inches) above the knee in 1977.

While in hospital, Terry was so overcome by the suffering of other cancer patients, many of them young children, that he decided to run across Canada to raise money for cancer research. To date, more than $400 million has been raised worldwide for cancer research in Terry’s name through the annual Terry Fox Run, held across Canada and around the world.

Let the World Know About Cambodian Touching Story

There are a few things that are as heart-warming and uplifting than the telling of a memorable story. ‘Touching Story’ is a webpage that is dedicated to telling such great stories. It is a webpage dedicated to e-Visa travelers by giving them the chance to let the world know their most memorable experience while they were in the land of Cambodia.

Touching Story already contains a number of stories that have been written by people who traveled with the help of Cambodia e-Visa. Each of them had very different experiences to share but they all were left with an indelible memory in their minds after their journey. Klaus Moeller and Jessica Beltran were two such people. For Klaus, his experience was one of a touching reunion as he was re-united with a young girl whom he had met eight years ago when he last visited Cambodia. “It was amazing to find her – it took us nearly a whole day!â€? he said.

For Jessica, her memorable experience was one of simply falling in love with the children of Cambodia. Jessica, who had traveled to Cambodia with 11 others to help out in 5 different orphanages, had this to say: “Even though the language barrier was difficult they make every effort to talk with you and play with you. I loved every moment of spending time with these kids.

Touching Story also allows for these stories to be shared across the net. By giving visitors across the globe the ability to ‘send a postcard’ they will be able to share Touching Story with anyone they want. These people then will also be able to share it will their own circle of friends and family.

    What is Cambodia e-Visa?

Launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia in April 2006, Cambodia e-Visa gives people the opportunity to have a visa to Cambodia without even leaving the comfort of home. Those interested need only fill an online application form and pay via their credit card. Applicants will subsequently receive an email of their tourist visa which they will only have to print out and bring along with them on their trip to Cambodia.

These e-visas are valid in over 5 major entry ports which are the Phnom Penh International Airport, the Siem Reap International Airport, Cham Yeam (Koh Kong), Poi Pet (Banteay Meanchey) and Bavet (Svay Rieng). The Cambodia e-Visa system also supports 25 languages and allows users to do checks and changes on the application, should he/she want to do so, at anytime online.

With over 20,000 travel visas already issued to travelers and tourists from over 120 countries, Cambodia e-Visa continues to look for ways to make the traveling experience easier and more enjoyable for tourists all around the world.
