Many email service providers pride themselves with 99.99999% uptime, but what’s the point in that if they can’t resolve a customer’s email problem? They wonâ€™t even bother to check or provide an on-site review.
While it can be written off as an Internet issue, to a customer, it’s frustrating to experience problems in downloading emails.
