1. under setup, click on email settings
2. click &#039;add&#039;
3. click on &#039;other&#039;
4. enter your email add and password, the bb device will search and try to setup, it will most likely fail
5. the words, &#039;I will provide the settings&#039; will appear, click on it
6. set up your email account accordingly, you will need to key in the email server and your username
7. click on next to proceed, and yes, your email account is set up

should work on all domains (i think)
