Both IMAP (incoming) and SMTP (outgoing) are NOT using SSL. Make sure you turn them off. 2. Username is FULL email address. If you are not sure your username and passwords are correct, try to login at Webmail mail.1.com.my 3. Make sure SMTP authentication is PASSWORD 4. Make sure you have filled in Username and Password for BOTH incoming and outgoing mail server Should everything failed, no panic. Drop us an email using our Contact us form and we will call you to guide you through. Include your mobile no.
