You need to add a more reliable and faster DNS to your Router or Computers. Use OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220). You can ask the company who setup your network for help.
Hi Kenny, we have checked and confirmed your mailbox are working correctly. It could most probably due to your Internet Connection problem. Try mailreader.com. Login with your email address as Username, and pop.emailsrvr.com as Mail Server. This provide different route which may not be affected still. Try it, if the problem persist, let us know.
