So, maybe that's one of the factors you guys could consider as to why visitors are not using the contact form. I was thinking, maybe the contact form or the help section isn't helpful to these people yet? I've read somewhere that the help seciton of FAQ section exist to guide the lost visitor. So, maybe the Contact Us section still isn't guiding the visitors and thus causing them to email instead of using the Contact Form?
