		<description>Well first and foremost, I believe you should be aware that I’m not good in this ( matters related to IT and website maintenance ). Not too sure will my comment produce much help. But it seems that the idea looks practical, whish is to have a dedicated maintenance team to look after the requirements and not engaging general to perform the jobs.</description>
